Week 9 Day 2

Squat: 85lbs

Bench: 60lbs

Row: 50lbs

Whoot! I have made a new PR in squats at 85lbs. I am so excited and can’t wait to see how far I can go until my next deload. My form seems to be getting better on my row and bench which will help in the future big weights.

My new diet is also awesome. It is basically the atkins diet. I use the my fitness pal app on my phone to track my calories which I have set at 1840. This app is great and so easy to use. My goals are to have at least 123g of fat, 23g of carbs, and 161g of protein a day. On Sunday, I am able to carb load just as long as I stay within my calorie goals. So far, I have a ton of energy throughout the day. Oh yes!
