So, this was the first day of de-loading my weight.
Squats: 45lbs this was super light for me but I concentrated on my form
Press: 30lbs again easy but worked on form
Deadlift: 135lbs I was so excited to get on my big girl weights! 5×5 was hard but I kicked butt!
It is amazing to see how much stronger I am compared to 7 weeks ago.
Whoot… confidence is coming back!
