Whoot! I am feeling so pumped!
Squat: 65 lbs… I still couldn’t do 5×5 so, I focused on going down slow and controlled and had a spotter help me up.
Bench: 60lbs… I got some wrist straps/gloves to help with my wrist position. It started to get a little heavy and my wrist was bending back causing it to hurt… which is not good. I got Harbinger gloves at Sport Chalet for about $40. The brand is designed for a man but I got a small. I would say the fingers and wrist strap are a little long but it get’s the job done.
My motivation is sky high right now especially because the Olympics are on!
