WEEK 4 DAY 2

Today’s STATS:

Squat: 60lbs… this was hard but I did it!

Deadlift: 85lbs

Press: 45lbs… I still needed help but I see improvement.

I felt great today… I had enough food and tried a pre-workout drink called C4. It gave me enough energy throughout the workout. It did not make me feel jittery at all. We are also starting to make a few friends which is a  huge motivation factor. Stay tuned…
