Week 2 Workout Day 3

I felt so strong today! I made sure over the past two days to eat more calories with high protein as a priority. It worked… 

My stats today:

Squat: 50lbs (with assistance) 

Press: 40lbs 

Deadlift: 75lbs

I can’t wait to get more weight!
