Today marks Day 5 of Week 7 of our lifestyle change! I am finally used to getting up early and going to the gym. Whoot! My portion control on my food is great and I can now go to the frozen yogurt shop without getting a mountain of sweets. I am noticing my pants fitting looser and might need a size smaller. (thumbs up) Not too bad for 7 weeks of hard work! The weight days are starting to pay off too! I am noticing that my arms are getting more muscle… 😀 H-E-L-L-O bicep
For our “free” day of exercise we are going to hike Del Val!
