Week 8 Day 3

Squats: 75lbs

Bench: 55lbs

Row:45lbs

This is the end of week 8 and I am pretty happy with my results thus far. I am starting to get perfect form which is super important when the weights get heavy. Monday I am doing squats at 80lbs. I am confident I can do this! The deload week really helped bring my confidence and form back up to par.
