Squat: supposed to do 70lbs… failed to complete 5×5… so I did 75lbs working on the slow negative with lots of help up.
Bench: 65lbs… failed to complete 5×5… so I did 70lbs working on negs with help.
Row: 55lbs… I deloaded to work on better form
Weight lifting is like a roller coaster… there are up’s and down’s but you have to enjoy the ride!
