Week 7 Done!

I am so excited that week 7 of our new life style change is done. Tomorrow, starts week 8 with some light cardio and weight lifting. The diet is easy now and I find myself not craving fast food; which is probably a good thing because that is far from healthy. I have lost most of my holiday weight gain… whoot! AND… I am starting to see some serious muscle growth. I was using the Hoist weight machines at the gym and can bicep curl 40lbs! Not too shabby… I am going to switch things up and try the “M” weight machine which are supposed to mimic free weights. This is going to create muscle confusion and make my muscles work! We will see how it goes but I’m pumped!
